Flagship product

Your AI receptionist, for the calls your team cannot take.

It answers, collects who is calling and why, and can confirm an appointment request. A person still handles anything it should not.

Capabilities

What it does on a call.

It answers the phone, keeps the conversation on your business, and gives your team a record of what the caller needed.

  • Live phone calls

Calls are placed and received through SignalWire. The caller talks with the receptionist instead of waiting on a keypad menu.

  • A natural-sounding voice

Callers hear a natural-sounding voice. An ElevenLabs voice is connected and currently falls back to SignalWire's built-in voice, so a specific voice is not promised.

  • Lead capture

On the call, it collects who is calling and what they need.

  • Answers and appointment requests

Questions get an answer from your knowledge base. A supported appointment request can be confirmed.

  • A person still owns the hard parts

It does not dispatch a technician. When a call should not be handled alone, a person at your business takes it.

How it's built

The production stack, in plain language.

One Node.js service answers the call. Each call is capped at five minutes.

  • Telephony

Calls are placed and received through SignalWire.

  • Conversation

Anthropic Claude Haiku handles the conversation.

  • Knowledge base

Business information lives in PostgreSQL with pgvector and is searched with OpenAI embeddings.

  • Call limits and privacy

BullMQ on Redis queues each call, caps it at five minutes, and cleans up private call data.

  • Voice

Callers hear a natural-sounding voice. An ElevenLabs voice is connected and currently falls back to SignalWire's built-in voice, so a specific voice is not promised.

  • Where it runs

The receptionist is a Node.js and Fastify service on Railway. The team dashboard is React and TypeScript on Vercel. GitHub Actions runs CI. The panel on this website is a labeled sample, not a live customer screen.

Dashboard

A labeled sample, not a live customer screen.

The team dashboard is a React and TypeScript app on Vercel. A real screenshot has not been added here, so this is a layout sample. The numbers are the word “Sample” on purpose.

Example call

One incoming request, start to finish.

  1. 01

The customer calls the business number.

  2. 02

The receptionist answers and asks what they need.

  3. 03

Name, phone, and the request are captured.

  4. 04

A supported appointment request can be confirmed, or the call is handed to a person.

  5. 05

Your team follows up with the record of that request.

Industries

Where an answered call changes the day.

  • HVAC companies

No-heat and no-cool calls are answered with the name, number, and problem written down for whoever is on call.

  • Plumbing companies

Leak and backup calls are captured with the address and a short description, so the callback starts with the facts.

  • Roofing companies

Storm-damage calls are collected with the property and what the caller is seeing, instead of disappearing into a full voicemail box.

  • Automotive businesses

Service requests and callback numbers are taken while the shop is with a car, so the front desk is not the bottleneck.

Setup

Onboarding is a guided setup, not a switch.

  1. Step 1

    Book a demonstration

We call you and walk through a real conversation with the assistant.

  2. Step 2

    Map the phones you have

We learn who answers today, what should be collected, and when a person must take over.

  3. Step 3

    Configure and review

The assistant is set up for your business. You hear it before it is put on the line.

  4. Step 4

    Go live and adjust

Your team gets the captured requests. We tighten the flow from the calls that actually come in.

Limits

What it will not pretend to do.

  • It does not dispatch a technician.
  • It does not promise 24/7 coverage. Hours follow how the phone line is set up.
  • Each call is capped at five minutes.
  • Callers hear a natural-sounding voice. An ElevenLabs voice is connected and currently falls back to SignalWire's built-in voice, so a specific voice is not promised.
  • Call recordings are not shown on this website. The dashboard panel above is a labeled sample, not a live customer screen.

Human escalation

When the receptionist should not answer, a person at your business takes the conversation. Requests submitted on this website are returned to a person at North Crest Ventures.

Questions

Before you book.

What does the AI receptionist do?

It handles a phone conversation, collects who is calling and what they need, and can return a booking confirmation when scheduling is connected. A typed chat uses the same assistant.

Does it book on my calendar by itself?

The receptionist client was built to receive a booking confirmation (an appointment id, a status, and a confirmation message). Connecting that to your calendar is part of setup. It is not a self-serve scheduler you turn on from this website.

What if it should not answer?

The chat client reads an escalation flag, and the demo told visitors that escalated or ungrounded answers are not returned. A person at your business takes those conversations. Demo requests sent from this site are answered by North Crest Ventures.

Does it work 24/7?

Hours depend on how your phone line is configured. This site does not promise round-the-clock coverage.

What does it cost?

$647 one-time to set up the receptionist and connect it to the systems you already use, then $247 per month. Each additional integration is $297 one-time, plus $127 per month added to the subscription.

What does it not do?

It does not dispatch a technician, and it does not replace your team. Each call is capped at five minutes. Call recordings are not shown on this website. The dashboard panel here is a labeled sample.

What happens after I book a demo?

We call to learn how your phones work today. If it is a fit, we scope the setup, you review it, and then it goes on the line.
